Returns & Exchanges
At Olux, we take pride in the quality of our products and hope you’re fully satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you may return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include all original items and packaging. Returned items must be in resalable condition.
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective or damaged).
- Please ensure your package is securely wrapped. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Don’t forget to include your name and order number inside the package for reference.
Return Address
Please note: All returns must be shipped to our fulfillment center. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Cancellations & Order Edits
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel” and include your order details. We’ll do our best to assist you.
