AuraBand ships products from our fulfillment centers located in the United States.
All order logistics are handled automatically through our internal fulfillment system to ensure fast and efficient processing. We also perform regular inventory checks to maintain the highest quality standards.
Current Shipping Conditions
Due to increased demand and ongoing global supply chain challenges, please allow an additional 1–4 business days for order processing.
Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout and vary by location.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location (excluding weekends, public holidays, and carrier delays).
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days. During promotional events or high-demand periods, processing may take 7 to 10 business days.
Please note: Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on your country’s postal system and customs clearance processes.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your government or postal service.
Goods are imported on behalf of the buyer. By placing an order, you authorize AuraBand and/or its logistics partners to manage the import process. You also agree that any applicable customs fees will be paid by you, the consignee.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. AuraBand is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address input.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, we can either:
- Reship it at your expense, or
- Issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
In some cases, tracking information may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system.
If more than 5 business days have passed with no tracking update, feel free to contact us.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery provider.
AuraBand is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address entries or issues after the package has entered your country’s postal system.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us for reasons outside our control (e.g., refused delivery, incorrect address), it may be:
- Reshipped at your cost, or
- Refunded (minus original shipping charges).
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage when returning any items to us.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, free of charge.
To cancel, please email us at [email protected] with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line and include your order details.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
